President and founder

With over twenty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry as a resort owner and entrepreneur, Mr. Oezkul, is a proven conceptor and motivator with a keen ability to achieve results with a long history of success in developing, concepting and managing projects. In his capacity as president and founder of Terra LLC International he has directed the successful openings of more than 50 resorts/hotels in several countries and the development of mixed use, boutique, ultra-luxury, grand scale, limited budget, and eco-friendly resorts and hotels.

Mr. Oezkul has worked in key destinations such as Turkey, Tunisia. Morocco, Egypt, Greece, Thailand, the USA, Caribbean and other. He has owned and managed the developing and operating efforts of resorts as large as 500 rooms.

His client list includes independent hotels and resorts, development companies, architects, tourism ministries and tour operation holdings.
